STRYK Brands Inc dba STRYKbrands.com and its affiliates (collectively, "STRYK," "our," "us," or "we") operate websites, provide products and services through mobile and other applications, and develops software. We refer to these as "site(s)," "service(s)," or "our sites and services." This privacy policy applies to our sites and services on which we display or post a direct link to this privacy policy. This privacy policy does not apply to those sites and services that do not display or link to this privacy policy, or that have their own privacy policies.
This privacy policy applies to all users of our sites and services and covers what information we collect and why we collect it, how we use the information we collect, and the choices you have to access and update that information. Please familiarize yourself with our practices and let us know if you have any questions. By using our sites and services, you expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as described in this privacy policy. Other Information We Automatically Collect through Cookies and Other Technologies
In addition to the personal information you provide directly to us, we also collect information from you automatically as you use our sites and services via cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies.
We use essential, performance, marketing, and analytics cookies to collect your usage, device, and location information (determined through your IP address) when you interact with our sites and services. We use this information to: (i) enhance user experience; (ii) conduct analytics to improve our sites and services; (iii) prevent fraud and detect unlawful activity; (iv) diagnose and repair errors, and, in cases of abuse, track and mitigate the abuse; and (v) deliver targeted advertisements.

Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our sites and services or to another application which partners with Google is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Do Not Track
We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Accordingly, your navigation on our sites and services may be tracked as part of our efforts to gather user information described above. If you arrive at our sites and services by way of a link from a third-party site that does respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, such “Do Not Track” browser signal recognition will end as soon as you reach our sites and services.

In addition to the uses described above, we may use personal information that we collect for other purposes that are disclosed to you at the time we collect the information, or with your consent.
Note that our email communications contain tracking technologies, to analyze whether a predefined action took place by a recipient, such as opening our communications and other engagement metrics such as timestamps, delivery status, whether an email was forwarded, clicks within an email, as well as sender and recipient addresses to better adapt and distribute our communications. When you opt in to our marketing communications, you will be automatically opted-in to the use of these technologies. You can avoid downloading the pixel by rejecting the download of images in the email.
Sharing Personal and Non-Personal Information
We may share your personal information with third parties in the following circumstances:
● Within our organization. We share your personal information within our organization for the legitimate business purposes of efficiently and effectively providing the App, such as accounting and customer service support. Access to your personal information is limited to those on a need-to-know basis.
● In the event of a corporate reorganization. In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, including without limitation bankruptcy or liquidation, we would share personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction.
● For legal purposes. We share personal information where we are legally required to do so, such as in response to court orders, subpoenas, governmental/regulatory bodies, law enforcement or legal process, including for national security purposes. We may share your information with our legal advisors or auditors to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or as required to enforce our terms of service or other contracts or to defend against legal claims or demands. We also share this information with third parties as necessary to: detect, investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or personal safety of any person; to comply with the requirements of any applicable law; or to comply with our legal obligations.
● With service providers. We share personal information with service providers that assist us in providing the App. These service providers assist us with the following: information technology (“IT”) support; web hosting; cloud storage; data analysis; customer service; email and text message delivery; marketing; payment processing; distribution; financial services; external auditors; surveys and sweepstakes; and similar services.
● With your consent. Apart from the reasons identified above, we may request your permission to share your personal information for a specific purpose. We will notify you and request consent before you provide the personal information or before the personal information you have already provided is shared for such purpose. You may revoke your consent at any time with effect moving forward and may do so by contacting us via email at privacy@STRYKpouch.com.
User Generated Content, Online Communities and Forums, Profiles, Surveys, Reviews and Ratings
You may choose to publicly disclose personal information about yourself and others in the course of (i) contributing user generated content (for instance articles, blogs, surveys, reviews, ratings, or podcasts), (ii) communicating with others in our online forums, communities, or chat rooms, (iii) creating user profiles for public view, or (iv) posting images, photos, or videos. Be aware, information that you voluntarily disclose in any of these areas of our sites or services is unencrypted, public information and, therefore, there can be no expectation of privacy or confidentiality, except if the Terms & Conditions of the site or service specifically limit use of the content (for example, we may let you know how such survey and rating responses will be used and if anonymity is an option). Any personal information you submit in the course of interacting in these public activities can be read, collected, or used by other users. Prior to posting in these areas, we encourage you to read the specific site's or service's Terms & Conditions, as we are not responsible for the personal information you choose to make public in any of these areas and strongly recommend against sharing any personal health or other sensitive information that could directly or indirectly be traced to any individual, including yourself.

Storing Personal Information
Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, we retain your personal information as long as reasonably necessary to retain it for the purpose for which it was collected or until we receive a valid request to delete the information, in which case we will delete or anonymize the information (unless there is a reason to retain the information for longer as explained below). This includes maintaining a customer account with us or until the information is no longer needed for a service provider or contractor’s operational purpose(s). Subscription, billing, tax, audit, and transaction-related records may also be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, chargeback management, tax, audit, and legal compliance purposes.
We use the following criteria to determine whether it remains reasonably necessary to retain your personal information for such purposes or a service provider or contractor’s operational purpose(s): (i) any retention period required by applicable law or regulation; (ii) actual or threatened litigation requiring preservation of the information; (iii) statutes of limitations for potential legal claims; (iv) responding to legal process or enforceable governmental requests; (v) enforcing our contracts or Terms & Conditions (including investigating potential violations); (vi) keeping our properties and assets secure and preventing fraud; and (vii) showing proof of performance. Email and Other Communications
Our sites and services may allow us or other users to communicate with you or other users through our in-product instant messaging services, service-branded emails, SMS, and other electronic communication channels.

Protecting Personal

We use third-party service providers to manage credit card and payment processing. These service providers are not permitted to store, retain, or use billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card and payment processing on our behalf. When you enter payment information to be processed by our third party service providers, we encrypt the transmission of that information using transport layer security (TLS) technology and do not store it on our systems.
It is important to remember, however, that no system can guarantee 100% security at all times. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the security of information stored on or transmitted to or from our services. We cannot assume responsibility or liability for unauthorized access to our servers and systems.
